Related Party transactions
The related party transactions mentioned below are on a pure commercial basis. The Group or any of its related parties has not entered in
any transactions that were not in an arm’s length basis, and do not intent to participate in such transactions in the future. No transaction had
any special terms and there were no guarantees given or received.

for the fiscal year 2015 and 2014 and the intercompany balances at 31.12.2015 and 31.12.2014 accordingly:
Dividend Policy
The BOD will not propose to the General Assembly of the Sharehold-
ers (GA) the distribution of dividend.

There are no other significant subsequent events, apart from the
abovementioned, neither of the Group nor of the Company, which
should be announced for the purposes of I.F.R.S.
