Our continuous efforts to apply Re-

sponsible Entrepreneurship in practice,

rely on our collaboration with our

Stakeholder groups, in order to joint-

ly work out and promote solutions to

issues of mutual concern.

In this context, transparency in com-

munication and open dialogue are key

to fostering mutual trust and collab-

oration with all our Stakeholder groups

– employees, local communities,

clients, suppliers, shareholders, the

Press & Media, business partners,

public bodies and voluntary organisa-

tions.

In 2010, in an effort to strengthen

even more the collaboration and en-

gagement of all our Stakeholders,

we organised for the first time dedi-

cated consultation events (Dialogue

Forums) to all our subsidiaries. This ini-

tiative, which today has been estab-

lished as an institution within the

Group, is continuing with consisten-

cy and is subject to self-evaluation and

self-improvement procedures. In

adopting these procedures, we aim to

establish specific internal processes

that will allow us to assess the pro-

posals and recommendations put for-

ward by our Stakeholders and to in-

corporate them in the formulation of

our annual CSR strategic directions.

These processes will also allow us to

consolidate the application by our

subsidiaries of the precautionary prin-

ciple regarding economic, environ-

mental and social issues, thus ensur-

ing their sustainable development.
