The strict adherence to the applicable
laws and regulations by the Group
companies, the implementation of an
environmental legislation review and up-
dating procedure, and the application
f all relevant regulations concerning the
Group's activities, have resulted in the
absence of sanctions (monetary or oth-
erwise) for non-compliance with envi-
ronmental provisions. Furthermore, the
findings of the unannounced inspec-
tions and audits carried out in the
Group companies by the Environmen-
tal Inspectors Service during 2012 were
very positive, as no remarks were made
and no violations of environmental
rules and regulations were established.
