Employability in MYTILINEOS Group is
primarily affected by the need to re-
cruit employees under fixed-term em-
ployment contracts in aluminium pro-
duction during the summer, and by
the fact that a significant part of the
activities of METKA S.A. and
DELPHI-DISTOMON S.A. is assigned to
specialist subcontractors and free-
lance professionals. The tables below
present data on the breakdown of the
Group’s force by gender, employment
type, type of employment contract
and geographical region, in Greece
and abroad. Changes in employment
data for the various regions are due
mainly to fluctuating needs by geo-
graphical region, depending on the
progress of the EPC projects carried
out locally by METKA S.A.
