This pioneering Energy & Green Transition Skills Accelerator is designed for young graduates seeking to transform their degrees into impactful careers with a strong environmental footprint.
As Europe moves towards climate neutrality, the figures speak for themselves: 2.5 million new jobs are expected by 2030, with 123,000 of these projected for Greece.
Based on knowl’s award-winning methodology, Clean Mellon is a holistic Skills Accelerator built upon the unique strengths of each participant. The programme provides personalised professional empowerment and a direct link to cutting-edge sectors (Energy, Circular Economy, E-mobility), focusing on the "green" skills currently sought after by leading global corporations.
The initiative is offered free of charge as part of METLEN Energy & Metals’ Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy. It actively supports the UN Sustainable Development Goals for No Poverty (1), Quality Education (4), Decent Work & Economic Growth (8), and Reduced Inequalities (10).
