The "Engineers in Action – Metals Sector" program targets the regions in Greece where METLEN's Metals Sector operates: Viotia, Fokida, and Oinofyta.
The "Engineers in Action – Metals Sector" program will start in July 2026.
The Assessment Center will take place in May and will be conducted in our "Aluminium of Greece" plant in Viotia. Specific information will be provided during the process by METLEN's Human Resources team.

The hiring will be on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your preference will be taken into account; however, the final assignment of Engineers in Action will primarily be based on the company's needs within the Metals Sector.
